This week - last of the apricots, white peaches, lemon cucumber, Anna apples, many kinds of tomatoes, lemons and ONE RED POTATO. Found out that potatoes and sunflowers do not like each other. Unfortunately, they got planted that way.
A way to use extra Sun Gold and Sweet 100 or 1000 cherry tomatoes - cut puff pastry into squares and add a strip on top of each side for a "border". fill with tomatoes and herbed soft goat cheese and bake.
